I remember when life was easy, and the most stress I would have was getting a parking fine. That was 20 years ago!
Owning a small business can be the most rewarding job in the world, but as rewarding as it is, if you don't actively manage stress, it can sometimes over take you.
Being 100% on-game, every day is impossible. Whilst I am naturally a spirited individual, I feel overwhelmed by the whole work/life/home balance. Am I alone, or is this a common issue for small business owners. So, how do you manage it?

Stress can drain every inch of ones energy, however a balance lifestyle with activities such as Yoga and Pilates combined with clean and healthy food choices allow ones body to overcome the feeling of stress and stay one step ahead of the game.
Simple food choices such as fruit and even a bottle of water does wonders for the human body and insures its vital energy levels are replenished and ready to go. - Blanca17/05/11

Sometimes we are so busy that we don't give ourself a BREAK! We do know that we need to balance life, but most of us we don't do it always.
I used to get easily stress for anything and would leave things on the side, which were important. Well, now I wanted to balance my life by visiting my parents, doing daily exercises, work, have fun and socialising with friends.
When you want to make ourself time, we can, as long as we organise ourself. That will get your out of stress and will give you a smile! - Carla17/05/11
