I am in the middle of a very busy day and I get a call on my mobile telephone from a voice activated message by Vodafone.

Knowing I am with Optus, this is my first call ever from Vodafone and its a MACHINE!!!! What are they seriously thinking? Do they really think that someone is going to leave their current provider for a MACHINE?????

Selling the Vodafone 79 package cannot be effective through a voice activated campaign surely? What a waste of money on their behalf and terrible branding for their company. I may have before that call, one day become a customer, but this has assured me that this is not a company that cares about its customers.

Vodafone – fire whoever approved this campaign. It damaging your brand!
