The man of my dreams came and left with a brief visit, but one that had to happened. I realised in a nano second that he was in fact, not the man of my dreams, and I had built him up to be someone so perfect, there was absolutely nothing not to like about him. It just so happens, like the rest of us, he does have flaws, and within seconds I realised my error.
So, celebrating Valentine’s, something that is a commercial day, but nevertheless, a bit of fun – is out of the question, or is it?
As I arrived in the office, I was reminded of how much I love the “Marketing Eye brand”. What’s not to love? It is very loyal, consistent, always there and I am constantly reminded of why I should love this brand that I founded 7 years ago. Further more, it is a brand that is going great guns. I am not the only person in love with this brand. I have clients, staff and the odd twitter follower – who all profess to love the brand. I think we are onto something.
So, if you are like me, and only have a dog or cat to love this Valentine’s Day, why not do something special for your brand. Have a celebration in the office and film your staff saying what they love about your brand on your iphone. Turn it into a YouTube video or stream it from a blog.
If nothing else is going to get you feeling warm and fuzzy, I am sure this will!
